General practitioner

 

  • General practitioner consultation hours at the practice
    For questions that require the GP to see you personally, you can make an appointment for a GP consultation. The consultation hour is held every working day. You can make an appointment by telephone or online via our web agenda. We reserve 15 minutes for a consultation and it is for treating 1 complaint. If a follow-up consultation is necessary, you make a follow-up appointment. 
     
  • Evening GP consultation hours
    For questions that require the GP to see you personally during the daytime consultation, you can make an appointment for the evening consultation. The evening consultation is every Monday from 17:00 until 21:00 o'clock. You can make an appointment by phone or online via our web agenda. We reserve 15 minutes for a consultation and it is for treating 1 complaint.
  • Prescriptions can be collected from the pharmacy of the OLVG East in the evening until 21:00 o'clock, at OLVG West 24 hours. 
     
  • Telephone consultation or e-consultation
    For short questions, brief consultations and results of examinations where it is not necessary for the GP to see you in person, you can make an appointment for a telephone or e-consultation via your patient portal.
     
  • Home visit  
    For questions where it is necessary for the GP to see you personally but you are unable to come to the practice, for example because you are too ill, (temporarily) disabled or have difficulty walking, you can make an appointment for a home visit.
    Home visits are made between 12:00 and 13:30.
