At the Linnaeus Medical Center you can make an appointment by telephone or, if it concerns a GP consultation, use our web agenda.
- Make an appointment by telephone
To make an appointment by telephone, you can call Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 15:00 on number: 020 66 50 355 (select 3)
When you call for an appointment, the assistant will ask you a number of questions. The assistant is trained to make the best possible assessment of the nature and urgency of your complaints or questions. The assistant will be able to answer some questions directly, for others your GP will call you back or the assistant will schedule an appointment for you during consultation hours. The assistant is (just like the GP) obliged to treat the information you provide confidentially at all times.
- Make an appointment via web agenda
If you are registered with the practice, you can use our web agenda to make an appointment for a GP consultation during GP consultation hours or evening consultation hours. To do this, click on the Make an appointment icon on the home page.
In an emergency, do not use the web agenda but contact the practice by telephone.
Multiple questions or more time needed:
For a GP consultation we reserve 15 minutes and it is for treating 1 complaint. If a follow-up consultation is needed, you make a follow-up appointment.
Cancel appointment:
If you have an appointment at our practice that you cannot keep, we request that you cancel it by telephone as soon as possible. If you are unable to cancel your appointment in time, i.e. at least 24 hours before the start, we will be forced to charge a no-show fee.
